Why do I not receive my trial email? — It may be because of the following:
- You have specified wrong email address. It is the most frequent case! You may have misspelled it, or you think your email account exists on your server, but actually it does not. In that case, please register yourself anew with a correct email address.
- Your email server has received our email but identified it as spam. To check this, please look in your Junk Folder. The same concerns some email clients (like MS Outlook).
- Your email server rejects all emails sent from our domain. This may happen because in order to prevent spam, your server uses some of the publicly available "black lists" and our domain somehow got there. Alternatively, it may use some "white list", so to let through only emails sent from trusted domains.
- There happen to be a delay on the way (through all involved servers). So, you just need to wait a little bit more.
